How quickly will I receive an item I have purchased?
Our delivery policy is product specific with some products delivered between 1-3 days and others have a lead time up to 8 weeks and is stated under product info. To ensure prompt delivery and service, all our products are couriered by a reliable courier company and require a signature. You will be provided with a courier name and tracking number to track your order.
*Please note that during peak season like Black Friday and Christmas delivery times may vary due to the courier companies being very busy.
Undeliverable packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for reshipment.
Order processing
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment reflects in our bank account.
14 Day Policy for returns:
GoRugged provides a 14-day replacement/refund under the following circumstances:
The product received is not the product that was ordered*;
The product is faulty;
The product is unwanted;
The 14-Day replacement warranty is valid for 14 days starting on the date of purchase as indicated on the order invoice.
Refunds take 3-5 working days to be processed
Client/Buyer is responsible for all costs to arrange for the product to be returned to GoRugged's physical address.
Should it be found that the goods are not in their original packaging and condition, or that the product is damaged in any way GoRugged has the option to impose a minimum of 10%(ten percent) handling charge
*This excludes ALL rugged covers and screen protectors.
Please note:
If you return a defective/unwanted product to us, you must ensure that the product is returned in mint condition and in the original packaging. If you fail to return all of the accessories and parts that were sold with that product, we are entitled (subject to applicable law) to refuse the return, only to replace the item that you did return, or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and parts and only to credit or refund you in respect of the returned item.
Defective Products
T's and C's
1. Once GoRugged receives the order and payment we will process and notify you once your order is dispatched.
2. Orders are based on the information provided by the customer when completing the online form. It is up to the customer to check and make sure all details are correct.
3. Our courier will deliver products door-to door based on the address supplied by the customer on the online form or via email. If the customer is not available at time of delivery the parcel will be left with someone at the property.
4 .Our courier does not deliver to PO. Boxes
5. Free delivery for orders over R1000 in SA.
6. Should a package not be delivered to you through reasons beyond the courier's control e.g. no-one on the premises/unable to answer calls/invalid or incomplete address, the courier will attempt a second delivery and you will be contacted directly to make arrangements for delivery. If you are still unreachable the parcel will be returned to GoRugged to await further word from you. GoRugged will reserve the right to charge delivery the next time the parcel is dispatched. The original delivery fee will not be refunded.
7. The customer will be notified when parcel has been dispatched with a tracking number.
8. Availability of stock- Please note that our stock is based on demand so if we are out of stock of a certain product we will notify you immediately and inform you if there will be a delay in lead time
9. Devices sent in for repairs have and has not been collected or settled for a period of 90 days will be disposed as electronic waste
10. Disclaimer: GoRugged cannot be held liable for any data loss on devices submitted for repairs. We strongly advise all clients to back up their devices before booking a repair appointment. By proceeding with the repair, you acknowledge and accept that GoRugged is not responsible for any potential data loss during the repair process.
